Event Liability & Media Release Disclaimer
By attending any Twenty Eight Wellness Club event, guests, vendors, sponsors, and attendees acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and entirely at their own risk.
Twenty Eight Wellness Club, its owners, affiliates, partners, sponsors, vendors, representatives, and event hosts are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, or expense to any person or personal property arising from or related to attendance or participation in any event, regardless of cause.
Guests are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and decisions while attending Twenty Eight Wellness Club events. By participating, attendees release and hold harmless Twenty Eight Wellness Club and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising from their attendance.
Photography & Video Release
Guests, vendors, sponsors, and attendees acknowledge that photography, video, and other forms of media may be captured during Twenty Eight Wellness Club events. By attending, participants grant Twenty Eight Wellness Club permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio, and other captured media containing their likeness for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, website content, and future event promotion.
Twenty Eight Wellness Club may use such media without additional approval, compensation, payment, royalty, or other consideration to the individual(s) featured. Attendance constitutes consent to the use of an attendee’s likeness and acknowledgment that such use does not create any endorsement agreement, sponsorship relationship, or entitlement to compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event representative upon arrival.
By attending any Twenty Eight Wellness Club event, all guests, vendors, sponsors, and attendees acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer and agree that they participate at their own discretion and risk.
Age Requirement
All Twenty Eight Wellness Club events are intended for guests who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for or attending any event, guests confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.
Twenty Eight Wellness Club reserves the right to verify age at any event and may refuse entry to any individual who does not meet the age requirement or cannot provide valid identification when requested.
REFUND POLICY
All Twenty Eight Wellness Club event purchases are final sale. Due to the curated nature of our experiences and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers once registration has been completed.
